We live in a culture that praises those who can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. This highly-regarded skill; however, may not be as impressive as once thought. In fact, research shows that by doing more, we may actually be doing less. It’s a habit I have to rehearse daily. As the saying goes, “practice makes perfect” and sharpening this skill can ultimately lead to better work AND can actually make work more fun!
