As we entered into our third year of being roux, we wanted to tell the story of who we are and what folks can expect when working with us. What we didn’t want was a stuffy vision statement to hang on our walls and ignore for the next 20 years. So we brainstormed on a few occasions about what makes us who we are and what is most important to us as a team. We came up with lots of things that we’re passionate about and they all seemed to line up under three categories – creativity, community and clients. We’ve written them as succinctly as possible and will “share with the world” in an upcoming post. We hope you will leave a comment and let us know if we are on track with our roux truths.
